Hauppauge have designed the WinTV-HVR-2200 as a low profile single-lane PCIe card that ships with both half and full height mounting brackets. The Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2200 has state-of-the-art dual silicon Digital (both SD/HD) and Analogue TV Tuners built-in with super fast channel switching and stereo FM radio (FM antenna provided). The analogue inputs are enhanced by an on-board MPEG hardware encoder. The card has a single RF input for all tuners and separate analogue inputs for connection to set-top boxes and so on. Also available as an optional extra is an Analogue break out cable which connects to the Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2200's internal feature connector providing a secondary analogue input.
