Product Description
The LM15ES Edison Screw Lamp Module provides an easy way to control a standard Incandescent or Energy-Saver Lamp up to 100W using X10. Simply screw the LM15ES Lamp Module into a light socket, then screw a light bulb into the LM15ES Lamp Module and you are all set to go. Use any X10 Controller to send On/Off Commands over the power lines without running a single wire.
The LM15ES responds to the following X10 Commands :-
On
Off
All-Lights-On
All-Units-Off
Please note: it is not possible to dim the lights with the LM15ES.
The LM15ES Lamp Module does not have any dials for setting the House and Unit Codes, instead the Codes are set using an X10 Controller after the LM15ES has been fitted, by sending the On Command (to the House Code and Unit Code that you want the LM15ES to respond to) 3 times, in 1 second intervals. If the LM15ES successfully accepts the Code then the lamp will turn on after receiving the third X10 On Command. To change the LM15ES Codes, simply switch the LM15ES off and then back on again. With in 30 seconds of switching the LM15ES back on, send the 3 identical House and Unit Code On Commands and if the LM15ES successfully accepts the Codes it will again switch on after the third X10 On Command.
